Read this first. When you submit our case review form, we pass your details to a participating attorney and to the marketing partners listed on our Partners page. Under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and several other state privacy laws, that counts as selling or sharing your personal information. If you opt out, we can no longer connect you with an attorney, because connecting you is the sharing. Opting out does not stop an attorney who has already received your details from contacting you. You will need to tell them directly.
